Total Time: 25 Minutes,Servings: 18 Servings

Ingredients :
  • 3 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/5 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 oz Moon Cheese cheddar

Instructions :
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, wing sauce, shredded cheese, garlic powder and egg. Stir well to combine. Add shredded chicken and stir.
  • Fill each muffin tin with shredded chicken mixture almost to top.
  • Coarsely crush the Moon cheese until you have rough crumbs. Sprinkle on top of chicken mixture.
  • Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown. Use a knife to gently remove from tin. Serve warm with bleu cheese dressing.
